Olxtoto Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and olxtoto ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at olxtoto.casa. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Olxtoto is an internationally licensed online casino and sports betting platform. We serve players in Malaysia and other eligible jurisdictions. Our platform offers a range of gaming products including but not limited to: casino slot games, live dealer table games, sports betting (including football, Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, and other international events), lottery products, and poker.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any services provided by olxtoto. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered players, and VIP members.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an account on olxtoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. This age minimum applies to all casino, sports betting, and lottery products on the platform. We enforce this requirement through mandatory KYC verification.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
3. Single Account: You may hold only one registered account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not have previously applied for self-exclusion on olxtoto, or be the subject of a self-exclusion order on another platform that you are bound by.
5. Jurisdictional Eligibility: You must reside in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is not expressly prohibited. Olxtoto reserves the right to restrict or refuse service to players from specific jurisdictions at its sole discretion.
6. Not a Politically Exposed Person: You confirm you are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or otherwise subject to enhanced due diligence requirements that would prevent us from accepting your custom.

To register an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

Olxtoto operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification programme. All players are required to complete identity and age verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. KYC verification may also be triggered by unusual account activity, large deposits, or as part of our ongoing compliance obligations.

Documents that may be requested as part of KYC verification include:

• Government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past 3 months)
• Proof of payment method (a copy or screenshot of the registered Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, or other payment account)
• Source of funds declaration where required under our licensing obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. Olxtoto accepts no liability for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Olxtoto accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank), direct bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, Litecoin/LTC).

The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player tier, and are displayed at the point of deposit.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.
• Olxtoto does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. E-wallet deposits are typically credited instantly; bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during banking hours.
• Olxtoto does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which olxtoto accepts no responsibility.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to standard blockchain confirmation times and are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing rate at time of credit.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name, consistent with the deposit method used where operationally possible.

Estimated withdrawal processing times by method are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes from request approval
• DuitNow / FPX: Typically 5–15 minutes from request approval
• Direct Bank Transfer: Up to 60 minutes from request approval during business hours
• Cryptocurrency: Subject to blockchain confirmation times; typically 15–60 minutes

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification will be required to do so before their first withdrawal is processed. Olxtoto reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of verification procedures.

Olxtoto reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such hold and will have the opportunity to provide relevant documentation to support their request.

Olxtoto offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility is granted. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified on each promotional offer page.
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses must be activated and the associated wagering requirements completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Single Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion may be claimed once per eligible Player account. Olxtoto reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method at its sole discretion.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting using bonus funds, or the use of multiple accounts to obtain bonuses — constitutes abuse and will result in the voiding of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Olxtoto's Right to Modify: Olxtoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice. Ongoing promotions will not be modified to the material detriment of Players who have already fulfilled the trigger condition.

The Refer A Friend programme allows Players to earn RM 50 per qualified referral. A qualified referral is a new player who registers using the referring Player's unique referral code and satisfies the minimum deposit and wagering conditions specified in the programme terms. Referral bonuses are credited within 72 hours of qualification confirmation.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the olxtoto platform. Product-specific rules for sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, and lottery products are published in the respective product sections of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Olxtoto does not accept requests to cancel or modify wagers after they have been accepted by the system.
• Olxtoto reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the integrity of an event is called into question, or where there is evidence that a Player had prior knowledge of a fixed result.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per player tier. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or market page.
• Sports betting results are determined by the final official result of the relevant event as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia fixtures; the English Premier League for EPL matches).
• In the event of a dispute regarding a result, the decision of olxtoto's trading team is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.
• Casino and live dealer game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealing processes, as applicable. RNG integrity is independently tested and certified.
• Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to specific parlary rules published in the sports betting section. A void selection in a parlay will typically reduce the number of legs and recalculate the payout accordingly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the olxtoto platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registration by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Creating more than one registered account (whether in the same name or otherwise)
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or technical vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Systematic bonus abuse, including the use of multiple identities, addresses, or payment methods to obtain multiple bonus allocations
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform as a vehicle for financial crime
• Attempting to circumvent or bypass any security, verification, or geolocation system operated by olxtoto
• Any conduct that harasses, threatens, or intimidates olxtoto staff or other players

All content on the olxtoto platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game software, user interface design, and underlying code, is the intellectual property of olxtoto or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any platform content.

Unauthorised use of any olxtoto trademark, brand name, or copyrighted material is prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, olxtoto's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real funds deposited by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Olxtoto shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals by Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, or any other payment partner
• Any gambling losses incurred by a Player in the normal course of using the platform

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude olxtoto's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, where such limitation would be unlawful.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily should contact our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

Olxtoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of fraudulent or false information during registration or KYC
• Engaging in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 9
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, olxtoto may withhold the balance pending investigation. Where the balance is found to have been derived from prohibited activity, it may be forfeited in its entirety.

Olxtoto is committed to responsible gambling. We recognise that a small number of players may develop problems with gambling and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

All registered Players have free access to the following responsible gambling tools:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you can set via account settings
• Loss Limits: Configurable limits on the amount you may lose over a defined period
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications to alert you after a defined period of continuous play
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 6 weeks
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term voluntary account closure with a minimum exclusion period of 6 months

Olxtoto reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent in-platform notice no less than 7 days before the amendments take effect. Non-material corrections (such as typographical fixes) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the olxtoto platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which olxtoto holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be submitted to olxtoto's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a formal dispute, Players must submit a written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute". Olxtoto will acknowledge the complaint within 3 business days and endeavour to resolve it within 21 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated by our licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. Malaysian Players are reminded that they are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in Malaysia and olxtoto makes no representations regarding the legal status of online gambling under Malaysian law.
